Reflect, Align, Dream Challenge for Relationships

Taking time to reflect on the past 12 months and plan for the year ahead is crucial to (re)gaining control over what is happening in your life—as an individual and as part of a relationship. To help you out in this department, we invite you to join our 3-day challenge. Below, you will find workbooks for individuals and couples which can be used to review any longer period. Then, they will guide you through aligning your actions with your values and desires, ending with supportive push ti dare to dream about a perfect tomorrow.
Day 1 - Reflect
We’re starting with reflection—a powerful step in understanding where you’ve been, what you’ve learned, and how you want to grow. Whether reflecting as a single person, part of a monogamous relationship, or in a polyamorous dynamic, this process is your opportunity to pause and honor your journey. Think about the moments that defined your year: the highs that filled you with joy and the challenges that helped you grow.
Reflection exercises
Peaks and Valleys: Map out three high points and three challenges from 2024.
The Three A’s Review: Reflect on moments of Appreciation, Affection, and Admiration—for yourself and, if applicable, for your partner(s).
Gratitude Practice: List three things you’re grateful for from this year and why they matter. Remember, this is about self-awareness and growth. There’s no right or wrong way to reflect—just take your time and approach it with curiosity and compassion
Day 2 - Align
The following exercises are designed to help you create a roadmap that feels authentic and fulfilling, ensuring that your actions, goals, and relationships (with yourself or others) reflect your core values. By understanding your values and clarifying what matters most, you’ll build a foundation for meaningful growth in the year ahead.
Alignment exercises
Values Brainstorm: Identify the values that guide your decisions and priorities.
Energy Map: Evaluate the different areas of your life to see what’s thriving and what needs attention.
Goal Alignment Check: Create goals that resonate with your values and align with your vision for 2025.
Day 3 - Dream
“If your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough”
We’re focusing on dreaming big—imagining the life, relationships, and experiences you want to create in 2025. Because dreaming is the first step toward building a meaningful and joyful future. Take this time to start turning those dreams into actionable steps.
Dreaming exercises
Future-Self Letter: Write to yourself (or your future relationship self) imagining December 2025.
Vision Board: Use images and words to visualize your aspirations and keep them at the top of your mind.
Personal Wishlist: Create a list of experiences, goals, and dreams that excite you.
